1. Minimum one year experience and in a luxury hotel or at a luxury brand that is related to the hospitality industry 
2. Must be fluent in English; written and oral, additional language skills are welcome 
3. Excellent communication skill, both written and oral
4. Diploma or Bachelor degree in Hospitality Management or similar
5. Computer literate and using Opera is an advantage
6. Ability to work under pressure and able to react fast but calmly in the midst of any coordination problems
7. Be passionate and have the drive and determination to meet/exceed set goals
8. Actively participate as a team player to ensure unit cohesion.

Service of food and/or beverage to include the order-taking and delivery of any food and/or beverage items. This task is to be handled in a friendly, courteous, helpful, timely and professional manner resulting in a very high level of guest satisfaction.
