Position Summary:

provide support to the team in ensuring that the highest standards of service are offered to our guests. You will have to welcoming and handling any guest at restaurant by anticipate guest needs and give warm farewell as last impression at restaurant.

Essential Duties:

  • Concept of all FB outlet
  • Opening hour each outlet
  • Food knowledge, well understand and explanation to the guest
  • Beverage knowledge, well understand and explanation to our guest
  • Up selling special events and recommendations to the guest
  • To ensure food out from the kitchen are checked based on captain orders
  • Manage time to firing food to the next course
  • Following step of deliver food / beverage before serving to the guest's table
  • In charge as busser to ensure all station at restaurant looks tidy and all dirty plates are well organized.
  • Providing warm greeting whenever approaching guest who would like dining at FB outlet by following the Capella's standard
  • In busy time must be able to serving food / beverage directly to guest's table
  • Confident to serving and explain about the food / beverage while serving it to the guest.
  • Assist the staff to serving guest at one of our outlet ( Mortal & Pestle )


  • Minimum Senior High School


  • Well organized
  • Motivated person
  • Time management
  • Willing to Learn


  • Fluency in English
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Software: Word, Excel, Power Point
