Job Overview:

 

Process all guest check-ins and check-out accompanying by Camp's Post Agent or Personal Assistant.

As a Camp Post Agent will never let a guest know either by their tone, facial expression or verbally how difficult a request is; great importance and genuine care will be given in all cases. The Personal Assistant is an extremely creative individual who will not have the word "no" in their vocabulary and they will be able to provide information for any guest or visitor inquiry. They are always able to help the guest in every way possible from a simple question to an unusual request, so long as it is ethical, legal and moral. If all avenues have been exhausted and a particular request cannot be accomplished, the Personal Assistant will come up with alternate choices that are suitable to the guest's needs and likes. 

 

As well as managing any request that a guest might have they are also responsible for established answering all calls that come into the Camp Post and alerting hotel associate of their requests.  It is also the duty of the Camp Post Agent to load all Guest Preferences in to the PMS that the reservations teams were unable to capture at the point of booking. The accurate knowledge of the guest profiles and preferences and maintain the Concierge assistant updated.

 

Qualfication:

  • High School Graduate
  • Possess a good command of the English language and the ability to clearly and pleasantly communicate with guests, both in person and by telephone.
  • Ability to provide legible communication.
  • Ability to compute basic mathematical calculations
  • Knowledge of computers
